Several non-technical founders struggle to find the right technical help to bring their idea to fruition. My session will discuss best practices for non-technical co-founders to develop their product. I will cover what works and what doesn't when it comes to taking outside help to build a product. And what is ultimately required to have a sustainable revenue generating product. I will share my own experiences of bootstrapping a SaaS product offering over the last three years and what it took (from a technical perspective) to bring it to the market and to have paying customers.
