This presentation will focus on the principles of structuring and negotiating a specific international commercial transaction. The goal is to make the participants focus on the architecture of international transactions, and negotiating strategies, techniques for implementing such transactions.

The workshop will be collaborative and dynamic with discussion, analysis of readings and negotiation simulations. The teams will be reviewing documents and developing their own negotiating positions on how to present their points to the opposing side. The exercise illustrates rather vividly how business and legal teams must work together to achieve success.
