Limited Capacity seats available

A new restaurant or bar seems to be popping up every day in DC, but how did these delicious digs go from concept to culinary sensation? In DC Startup Week's first ever restaurant entrepreneurs panel, we're taking a deep dive into DC's thriving food and bar scene and giving you the inside scoop on how to succeed in the industry.

This two-part panel explores the ins and outs of breaking into both the food and beverage scene, with one hour devoted to food concepts and one hour dedicated to spirit, beer and wine entrepreneurship. From innovative fast casual concepts to modern luxury restaurants, to cocktail creators to beer brewers, our panelists will provide insight into the ideation, funding, challenges and successes in building a profitable food and beverage startup.
