Caroline Howe supports emerging entrepreneurs in food, farming and food recovery in the DC area to launch their ideas, specifically those with a focus on increasing food access, enabling sustainable agriculture, and reducing food waste. She is working to leverage university, community college, and community partner spaces to create shared kitchens and farm incubators. Caroline teaches the Masters' course, "Sustainability Entrepreneurship," in the Fall, for students from Urban Agriculture programs at The University of the District of Columbia.
