Seda Goff is the Managing Director of the Founders Program at Capitol Post. There, she provides educational programming, mentors, events and cultivates a thriving local network to help military veterans and their spouses start and grow businesses. She works to inspire, educate, and connect veterans with the right people and the right resources to be successful as entrepreneurs and as innovators. Prior to that, Seda founded Lighthouse Global Business to guide international entrepreneurs and US-based start-ups looking to build or expand their businesses. She used her experiences gained at the Washington Redskins, Department of Veteran Affairs, National Restaurant Association, Edison Electric Institute and Ideaxis to help businesses with a variety of services. She assisted business operations, located product-market fit and messaging, but most importantly grew businesses. Seda is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds an MBA from The Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington D.C. where she currently serves as an adjunct professor.
